Great coat - my son really likes it. However, the first size (correct for his age) was much too big and I had to return it for a smaller size. I bought the first at a 20% discount and when I returned it for the smaller size, I was refunded and then recharged at the higher price. Didn't realise until after my son had worn it or it would have gone straight back for a refund! Bit of a sharp practice that so wont be ordering anything from Landsend again.

How To Measure
To be sure of accurate readings, measure over the undergarments they’ll be wearing, not over their outer clothing. If you need a tape measure, please e-mail us or call us, and we’ll whisk one off to you absolutely free!
Height
Stand in stocking feet, with feet together and back to a wall. Measure from the floor to the top of the head.
Chest
With arms relaxed at sides, measure over the fullest part of the chest and shoulder blades, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Waist
Measure around the waist (not over trousers) at the height where trousers are normally worn.
Hips
Stand with heels together, and measure around the fullest part of the hips.
