When can I expect to receive my order?

Your order will usually be processed within 24 hours and delivered to you within the following time frames:

We usually process your order within 24 hours and deliver it by courier within 2-3 working days to mainland UK and mainland Scotland addresses and 3-5 working days to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the outer Scottish islands. (Please note: hemming and monogramming add a day or two to delivery.)

How much is delivery?

Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.95 no matter how many items you order.

Will my items arrive together?

Any out-of-stock items will be despatched separately, as soon as they are available, at no extra cost. On occasion, there are items that we pack on their own, due to the delicate nature of the fabric. These will arrive by themselves but again, at no extra cost to you.

Do I have to sign for delivery?

No. If you are out our courier will leave the parcel in a secure location (e.g. front porch or ‘in the garden shed’) or with a neighbour. You can specify where you wish your parcel to be left via the ’Special Instructions’ box during the checkout process.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?

Yes. We are happy to deliver your parcel almost anywhere. Unfortunately, are unable to deliver to PO boxes or to certain countries.
You can also have your order delivered to more than one address, so we can do your delivering for you. (Each delivery address will be charged at £3.95)

Can I track my order?

Yes. If you provide a valid e-mail address in the contact section and request notification of despatch, we will send you a link to our courier’s web site, along with your tracking number.

Can I nominate a day or time for delivery?

Sorry, we are unable to specify a time or day for delivery. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days from the date of despatch and you will be able to follow the progress of your order using the unique tracking number provided.

Can I collect my order from a store?

Yes, you can collect your parcel from our Oakham or Hatfield outlet stores. Just ask one of our friendly sales advisors when you order on 0800 376 7974. You will not be required to pay for delivery if you select this option.

Is it possible to have a faster delivery?

How much does express delivery cost?

Our 48-hour service is charged at just £7.95 (Monday to Friday only).

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes. We deliver via courier within two to 15 working days. Delivery charge may be adjusted based on order value and destination of the order outside the United Kingdom. Please bear in mind that delivery may also be subject to local customs and duty charges.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Yes. Our delivery charge is £3.95 no matter how large your order.

What happens if not everything in my order is available?

If we are unable to fulfill your complete order, you will not be charged for any items that are out of stock.
