I got these for my daughter, and she loved them. I noticed she wasn't wearing them anymore, even when we had quite a lot of snow. I asked why. She said the insoles kept moving around, had folded over and were therefore uncomfortable. I had a look, and they were not secure, were indeed folded in several places, and were disintegrating. I do not want the expense and hassle of sending them back, so I have bought some inserts, cut them to size and removed the original insoles. I hope these boots will now last her until the end of the wintery weather. Very disappointing for a Landsend product.
