Comments about Men's Polartec® Aircore® 100 Half-zip Fleece:
Looks great & wonderfully light but strong. This latest `aircore` model not so well put together - puckering at the shoulders spoils the whole thing and the side panels also pucker where the seams join. Not good and NOT typical of Lands End.

Comments about Men's Polartec® Aircore® 100 Half-zip Fleece:
The colour, design and fabric were exactly as described, however what was very disappointing was the puckering around the shoulder which spoilt the look of an otherwsie excellent product.. This was bought for my husband and it certainly didn't live up to Land's End usual standards.

Comments about Men's Polartec® Aircore® 100 Half-zip Fleece:
Only just arrived, so can't comment on wash/wear/retaining shape etc, but share JohnB's concerns about the shoulders and sleeves looking and feeling awkward - doesn't sit as well as the predecessor which had raglan sleeves. Ordered this with an older model from the outlet. Sorry but this new version looks and feels more like something I could have bought cheap in the market. Hope after a few washes and wears it settles down otherwise think it could be going back.

This is one of the most useful tops that I have ever purchased. Washes like a dream and is so light to pack. This is the second I have bought and I will be back for more.

Comments about Men's Polartec® Aircore® 100 Half-zip Fleece:
It's OK, but there's something odd about the shoulder seams which makes them stick up. Hope they'll calm down when it's washed

Comments about Men's Polartec® Aircore® 100 Half-zip Fleece:
This does not layer well over other garments. There is no strong quality in the material, so it does not hold its shape. Poor finishing around the collar, leaving some puckering.

Comments about Men's Polartec® Aircore® 100 Half-zip Fleece:
I have been looking for ages for a good 1/4 zip fleece top in a non boring colour. Why do manufacturers all think we men all want to look like grungy Big-Issue sellers?... Mine is in "Regent" which is a cross between peacock blue and purple.I have already had loads of people ask me where I bought it,and of course I wont tell them!.. Only advice I would give is that the sizes are generous and although I'm pleased with my XL I might have got away with an L.. other than that its great.

Q:
The Large Tall fit is relatively short in the body and quite tight on the arms. If I exchanged for XL Tall, how much longer in the body is that and is it looser fit on the sleeves (more fabric)?Asked on 4/24/2013 by Tall Paul1 answer
A:
The sleeves of the XL in the Tall fit (style 418137) are 1 inch longer than the Large and the overall length of the fleece is ¾” longer in the XL. The width of the sleeves would be up to 1” bigger as well.Answered on 4/25/2013 by Kate from Lands' End
Q:
Does it have pockets please? And if it doesn't, please let us have this design WITH pockets - my man won't wear a fleece without them.Asked on 1/4/2013 by Frustrated buyer from UK1 answer
A:
The half-zip style does not have pockets. I would recommend trying our full zip version as these all have side pockets.Answered on 1/5/2013 by Claire from Lands' End
Q:
Is this tumble dryable?
BarbaraAsked on 11/7/2012 by Barbara from UK1 answer
A:
This fleece can be tumble dried on low if needed.Answered on 11/7/2012 by Claire from Lands' End

How to measure
If possible, get a friend to help. To be sure of accurate readings, measure over the undergarments you’ll be wearing with your purchase, not over your outer clothing. If you need a tape measure, please e-mail us or call us, and we’ll whisk one off to you absolutely free!
Height
Stand in bare feet with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall. Measure from the top of your head to the floor.
Chest
With arms relaxed at your sides, measure over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
