I am really impressed with these shoes and the service from Lands End - customer service is great.
I am normally a UK size 10 (US 11) but the shoes were too large - an insole would have worked. I rang Lands End and thought maybe they had sent me the wrong size but they hadn't (size 11 on the paperwork was the US size). The lady on the phone was brilliant and sent me out a half size down and the new shoes arrived within 2 days. Perfect fit. Lovely suede, great timeless shape and comfortable. Believe the Lands End shoe ad - smart or casual!
