Comments about Men's Classic Ringspun Indigo Jeans:
The quality of Lands End continues.
The nice thing that I like is that they recognise that we are not all the same size and that some of us need 'odd' sizes and not even.
Sometimes the choice for us tall slim people is limited, ''What no ruby shirts?''

Comments about Men's Classic Ringspun Indigo Jeans:
These seem to be the same in quality and design as previous examples of ringspun jeans that I've purchased from Lands' End. I prefer the heavier more durable denim grade of ringspun. Worth giving the jeans a good wash at a reasonable temperature with detergent before first wear to remove any excess dye. Recommended.

Comments about Men's Classic Ringspun Indigo Jeans:
The sales pitch said better quality and £5 cheaper than last year. This is the first pair of Jeans I have bought from Lands End so I don't know what last years was like. But I would prefer to pay £5 extra and get better quality. I got a 33.5 ins leg which was in fact 34 ins but unprofessionally turned up .25 of an inch...not very attractive. The Jeans are excessivly baggy, the denim feels thin and probably won't wear well and the colour is rather insipid. The most attractive feature is the price which is good value.

Comments about Men's Classic Ringspun Indigo Jeans:
This is my second pair from Landsend. 1st pair had a more generous hem, these taper to much at the hem and sit to tight around the ankles. Not sure Id buy another.

Comments about Men's Classic Ringspun Indigo Jeans:
Beware - we ordered dark indigo ... and it isn't! It's a much lighter colour than it seems on the website. Moreover, the denim isn't of the quality I expect from the company. I know the price of cotton has gone through the roof, but would rather pay more and get good quality goods.

Q:
Can you tell me what the width of the jeans is at the hem?

How to measure
If possible, get a friend to help. To be sure of accurate readings, measure over the undergarments you’ll be wearing with your purchase, not over your outer clothing. If you need a tape measure, please e-mail us or call us, and we’ll whisk one off to you absolutely free!
Height
Stand in bare feet with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall. Measure from the top of your head to the floor.
Waist
Measure around your waist at the height where you normally wear your trousers. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.
Inseam
Take a pair of trousers that fit you well. Measure from crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
Free Hemming
Most trousers can be custom finished with plain hems or turn-ups to the nearest 1/2" (1.5 cm). (For styles where turn-ups are not available, no turn-up selection box will appear on the ordering page.) Most trousers and jeans can be hemmed between 27"– 36" (68.5 cm – 91.5 cm) or left unfinished. Trousers may have turn-ups up to 34" (86.5cm).
