Ordered the small size for my 12 year old as kids sizes do not have enough room to grow into - especially if you play rugby and have big shoulders. He likes it but would have prefered a darker colour or even a black.

Height
Stand in bare feet with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall. Measure from the top of your head to the floor.
Chest
With arms relaxed at your sides, measure over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
