Normally I would buy a medium chest for a sweater but I have found that the medium TeeShirts from Landsend were much too big so I decided to go for the small version of this sweater. The sleeve length is exactly right and the length of the body. However the chest is very slightly too tight. It is obvious that the next size up would have been too big everywhere else so I am happy to keep this one. Perhaps you should do a "Petite" for men!

Height
Stand in bare feet with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall. Measure from the top of your head to the floor.
Chest
With arms relaxed at your sides, measure over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
