        One criticism is that the circumference of the sleeves could be made more generous. The gown's sleeves feel a little tight when it is put on over pyjamas or whatever.

        Stand in bare feet with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall. Measure from the top of your head to the floor.

        Chest

        With arms relaxed at your sides, measure over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
