  • Q:

I want a trouser hem on the chinos - not a stitched hem. If I order a trouser hem, (I presume I can as per information) do I have to keep the chinos even if they are not suitable, when they arrive?

      A:

We will invisibly hem or add turn-ups to your trousers. If therse are not suitable for any reason, please feel free to return for a full refund or exchange.

  • Q:

I recently bought a pair of "black" traditional fit plain front chinos. On arrival they appeared to be a very dark navy blue. I chose to keep them and wear them as navy. Can you tell me whether all your "black" chinos tend to be a bluer hue of black?

      A:

We would expect our black chinos to be a pure black. As you have had an issue with these in the past, I would recommend calling our customer service team who can have a pair checked for you.
