Comments about Men's Silk Thermal Longjohns:
I am 33" waste and bought initially Medium which is supposed to be 32-34. The item is extremely nice EXCEPT my waste felt like in the vice. The rubber bit in it is just 25" when loose. When put on and hence stretched to 33" it presses far too much. I bought L instead and it is much more comfortable at the waste - but that is as far as rubber band at the top is concerned - the rest of it is a bit too big for me in size L.

How to measure
If possible, get a friend to help. To be sure of accurate readings, measure over the undergarments you’ll be wearing with your purchase, not over your outer clothing. If you need a tape measure, please e-mail us or call us, and we’ll whisk one off to you absolutely free!
Height
Stand in bare feet with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall. Measure from the top of your head to the floor.
Waist
Measure around your waist at the height where you normally wear your trousers. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.
Inseam
Take a pair of trousers that fit you well. Measure from crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
Free Hemming
Most trousers can be custom finished with plain hems or turn-ups to the nearest 1/2" (1.5 cm). (For styles where turn-ups are not available, no turn-up selection box will appear on the ordering page.) Most trousers and jeans can be hemmed between 27"– 36" (68.5 cm – 91.5 cm) or left unfinished. Trousers may have turn-ups up to 34" (86.5cm).
