The sleeve length on this jacket is taken from the centre back position (just under the collar) across the shoulder and down the outside of the arm to the cuff. The regular measures approximately 36", the tall measures approximately 37 1/2".Answered on 10/2/2012 by Christine from Lands' End

Height
Stand in bare feet with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall. Measure from the top of your head to the floor.
Chest
With arms relaxed at your sides, measure over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
