I bought these for my husband at Christmas. By March both slippers had come apart at the seams. He travels a lot so they were hardly worn. Unfortunately he threw them out after telling me about it (I was travelling), not realizing they could be returned. I called Land's End to let them know about the quality - a problem I do not have elsewhere - but the customer service rep was more interested in telling me I could not get a refund (which I never requested) then listening to my feedback and being concerned about the quality of Land's End items. What a waste of time. Michelle
