this is skimpy in size, if you bought the bigger size for a man. It is far too warm to wear in our home but just great to take when away - we use it as an extra duvet when in hotels and it has taken us through many a chilly night away!

I bought the ladies version as a gift and it did seem more luxuious material and more puffy. However, needed a more practical colour for handling my old dog and it fits the job perfectly.

Wonderful for wearing around a draughty house. Would not wear as a 'dressing gown' because of the feel of the outer shell, which is too much like an outdoor garment and rustles all the time.
Suggest buying a size up if you want a decent wrap - I find Lands End Small (ladies) usually fits me well. This item is a unisex Medium and although generous across the shoulders and sleeve length, the body and wrap are definitely on the neat side.

Shame about the sizing! it is supposed to be unisex so 's' should be ladies 's' not small man! need bigger range of sizes! even xs would miles too big for me, and I am 5ft 6ins slimmish with normal shoulders, very disappointing, as garment itself lovely, but sizing is important!

I bought this for my mum who does not like heavy things and because we had purchased a very successful feather coat, previously from Land s End. . However the flannel lining puts on a lot of extra weight and in the case of my mum who is a petite extra small, frail person it is oversized and too heavy so unfortunately has missed the mark. for her. It remains a lovely garment tho. Perhaps if the lining were detachable...?

Very cosy. Comes up big. I'm a UK 10-12 and the XS is still roomy enough to put on over clothes when sitting around during the day when it's cold. I rarely put my heating on during the day and I really feel the cold, but this dressing gown is super cosy. Also makes a light-weight extra layer on top of the duvet at night time.
