This coat is perfect: it keeps out the rain and the chill and yet it's light and stylish. I got it simply because of the threatened Siberian winter, so I was surprised to receive so many compliments. In the 'Outlet' I paid a third of the original price with free P & P, and so it was an astounding bargain as well.

I am overjoyed with my coat which arrived this morning. I choose the pink begonia colour, which is beautiful, more pink than in the photo, perfect for a winter's day.I am 5ft 4" size 14 so I ordered a medium, but in tall length, as I required a longer coat to cover up during school run. Initially I was concerned after placing the order that the coat would not sit correctly on my waist but it looks very flattering. I may take off the belt and loops as I'm not sure if it looks better without. The arms are a little longer than regular but when pushing a buggy that aspect is very useful, plus with the added extra of poppers to tighten at wrist I can choose this option. The coat is soft fleeced lined which is very warm-I haven't tested the waterproofness but I'm certain it will be fine. I bought in the sale with further discount at checkout so purchased at an amazing price! As a trendy mum of four young children I am looking forward to warm, dry and stylish treks to the school.I particularly like the fur trimmed hood for a younger feel. This coat would suit any age group. Arrived in 2 working days. Don't hesitate to buy.

Having bought tis coat in the sale I am delighted with it...a good fit, warm and light. The hood is too large with the fur trim attatched, but easily made neater by tightening the bungee cord. I have had no down escape as other reviewers have mentioned. Great details such as zipped pockets with smaller inner pockets and discreet high chest pockets inside and out. I have many other Landsend coats, some more ruggedly bad weather, some more spring-like...this one is perfect for keeping cosy but looking stylish. Even if intending to wear over layers or a thick jumper there is no need to size up.I am very tempted to buy a second colour

I wear this coat to work everyday, and it is really warm and comfortable. Also, has the advantage of being rainproof. I removed the belt and belt loops from it and I think it looks better without them. The belt was too flimsy and the buckle rattled all the time, so was really annoying.
