After we saw the jacket one of our members had bought from you, we all wanted one. The colour was perfect for our club teams; the quality was excellent; the jacket kept out the awful wind that has plagued us this Spring. The only slight drawback is the length of the jacket - in order to cover our bums, we have to have very long sleeves. I've made about 4 orders, and the service was great - everything arrived very promptly. However the website could be improved. The first time I wanted to order I couldn't find it on the website; I phoned instead and was told the item was out of stock; had another go at the website and found it. Also, other club members have ordered the same item from you and have been given special deals and free P&P. I only got that when I input the code from one of your special offers.

For an outdoor jacket it was slightly shorter than I would have expected, & a couple of inches longer would have been big improvement. Also pockets tiny, & fit is close. All in all, more like a fashion garment than something you'd wear in a squall! At an excellent sale price, it was fine, but I would have been disappointed if I'd paid anything like full price.

Our sizes are still the same. The Medium is a US size 10/12 which is printed on the label, however this would be to fit a UK size 14-16. The Petite range is shorter in the length and sleeves than the regular size.Answered on 1/23/2013 by Stephanie from Lands' End

Height
Stand in bare feet with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall. Measure from the top of your head to the floor.
Bust
With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
