I bought these in the wide fitting for comfort across my toe area but they were quite loose around the heel. However with the addition of heel grippers they are now very comfortable and do not flop as I walk

I loved my shoes, but after only four outings, the stitching came apart and my lovely moccasins have been returned - I have asked for a replacement pair tho as they are really comfy shoes and I am hoping I just had a glitchy pair. This will not put me off from Lands' End products as they are usually brilliant!

These shoes are well made and extremely comfortable. I originally ordered standard fitting in my size which turned out to be too narrow, so returned requesting the wide fitting. These turned out to be a perfect fit, so promptly ordered a second pair in a different colour.

A:
The shoes are shaped at the back, which gives the illusion of a small (approximately 1/4") heel. However, this appears to be built in to the shoe overall - so when the shoe is viewed from the side, they have a flat sole.Answered on 9/24/2012 by Christine from Lands' End
