Comments about Women's PolarThinTM Insulator Coat:
I already have a Chalet down long coat (and currently awaiting delivery of a full length commuter (waterproof) Commuter coat, but sometimes a 600g down fill is a bit much, even for a cold merchant like me so I wanted something not quite as warm and shorter to facilitate getting in and out of my car and bending down to put my small folding mobility scooter up (I have to tuck the longer coats up between my legs before I bend down to avoid them getting dirty along the bottom). This coat is just right, and as there is still room for me to put a jacket or a big jumper underneath, I can wear it when it's quite cold. With a thinner layer underneath it could be used on chilly British summer day. I also love this particular (berry) shade of red.
My only niggle is that the zip on this coat seems to be quite temperamental but that would be splitting hairs as it really does tick all the boxes, and at the sale price, a real bargain.

Comments about Women's PolarThinTM Insulator Coat:
I bought this coat because it was greatly reduced in the sale, hoping that it would be at least serviceable and was pleasantly surprised to find how smart it was - great for everyday wear but because of the fitted design, it also looks good enough to wear to more than the supermarket. I like the longer fit - so many coats and jackets leave your legs freezing - the detachable hood, the fleecy lining and the zipped pockets. I am 5' 6" , size 14, and it fits me perfectly - although you would only be able to wear normal weight clothes underneath because of the fit (but it's beautifully warm so this hardly a problem). Very pleased (especially as I tried 2 coats in last year's sale and found them unsuitable!)

Comments about Women's PolarThinTM Insulator Coat:
I ordered 3 coats to try with the intention of sending one or two back. Unfortunately this one was the one I sent back. It is stylish, very flattering in style (my husband said I looked slim in it) but despite being a 14-16 UK size, as it is quite fitted through the waist, I felt it was just that litle bit too snug on me - I definitely couldn't have worn much underneath! A petite would havhe been a better fit so that the waist sat in the right place but none were available in the right colour at the time of ordering.

How To Measure
If possible, get a friend to help. To be sure of accurate readings, measure over the undergarments you’ll be wearing with your purchase, not over your outer clothing. If you need a tape measure, please e-mail us or call us, and we’ll whisk one off to you absolutely free!
Height
Stand in bare feet with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall. Measure from the top of your head to the floor.
Bust
With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
