Comments about Women's Polartec® Windbloc® Marinac Jacket:
I love this slim fitting jacket and the lighthouse blue is a lovely colour. The sizing is a little tight under the arms and I don't wear the jacket with a thick sweater underneath. Very warm and the slightly longer length at the back is practical. I ordered another Marinac fleece jacket in a different colour and a larger size but I have not worn it yet.

Not given this five rating as disliked the plastic fastenings on the cuffs. Otherwise a great little jacket

Comments about Women's Polartec® Windbloc® Marinac Jacket:
I love the jacket, but I hate pink. I ordered the purple, but it arrived with a big pink strip that was visible even when zipped. Unfortunate, as have the navy of the old design, and it is perfect. Lands End, please edit the product descriptions to include the second color so that we can make a choice about it. I would have not chosen purple and saved myself the cost of the return shipping had I known.

Comments about Women's Polartec® Windbloc® Marinac Jacket:
Even though the sleeves are too long, I don't mind as it enables me to fold the "wind cuff" in as I don't like it always showing.

Comments about Women's Polartec® Windbloc® Marinac Jacket:
Overall the colour is dull and flat, i.e. looks either poorly dyed or a bit faded. The fabric is a bit stiffer than I had anticipated which will make it a bit harsh/scratchy on the skin

Comments about Women's Polartec® Windbloc® Marinac Jacket:
A very nice jacket which I am sure will be useful, and very lightweight.
Two drawbacks, I ordered the Winter Violet and it is a brighter colour than looks on the photos. Also the velcro sleeve cuffs are rather prominent.

Q:
I normally take a size 12 (UK) and buy a lot of Lands End Products size Petite. This Windbloc Marinac in RED I would like to purchase but I'm unsure on which size to get. I don't think in stock for small. But I am quite tall so could order Tall as I like it longer. If I order Medium in Red and regular can it be pulled tighter with a draw cord around the hem?Asked on 5/5/2013 by Jan the walker from Staffordshire1 answer
A:
This jacket is currently available in Rich Red in sizes S and M in both the Petite and Regular fittings. It does have a drawstring hem which can be pulled in.Answered on 5/6/2013 by Stuart from Lands' End
Q:
What colour is the contrast trim on the blue fleece?Asked on 3/7/2013 by birgitte from Saltford, UK1 answer
A:
The lighthouse blue option has a true navy lining with a grey trim.Answered on 3/8/2013 by Claire from Lands' End
Q:
What is the sleeve length in Reg. and Petite Medium? Also, several people complained about the wrist adjusters. Would I be able to remove them without damaging the fabric of the cuff?Asked on 2/18/2013 by Colomba from Italy1 answer
A:
I can advise that the women's regular polartec, windbloc marinac jacket, US size medium, has a sleeve length from the centre back point of 33 3/4 inches.
I can advise that the women's petite version of the same style, in the US size medium, has a sleeve length from the centre back point of 31 inches.
We would not recommend removing the wrist adjusters as this would very probably damage the fabric of the cuff.Answered on 2/18/2013 by Sally from Lands' End
Q:
What are the actual measurements? Width and length please, of both the Small and Medium.
Many thanksAsked on 12/28/2012 by Allie1 answer
A:
In the regular fit, the small measures 40" round the chest and is 26.5" long. The medium is 42.5" round the chest and 27" long.Answered on 12/28/2012 by Sarah from Lands' End
Q:
Does this jacket have an inside pocket? Does it have a contrast lining and, if so, what colour is the lining on the black version?Asked on 10/2/2012 by Doubtful from Norwich1 answer
A:
The black version has a purple trim and a dark grey lining. There are no inside pockets, just the 2 outer side zip pockets.Answered on 10/2/2012 by Claire from Lands' End

How To Measure
If possible, get a friend to help. To be sure of accurate readings, measure over the undergarments you’ll be wearing with your purchase, not over your outer clothing. If you need a tape measure, please e-mail us or call us, and we’ll whisk one off to you absolutely free!
Height
Stand in bare feet with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall. Measure from the top of your head to the floor.
Bust
With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
If you need help, call!
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call us on 0845 0123 000.
Please Note
Use the size charts above to find your Lands' End (US) Size. If your measurements fall between two sizes, pick the next smaller size — unless you prefer a roomier fit.
