Even in the large size, sleeves are rather narrow (so no good if you want to wear anything beneath it - and you may because it is not a warm type of jacket) and although it is petite, unusually (because normally they are fine!) the sleeves are very long but it is OK as a summer shower jacket

Washing will not affect the waterproofing of this garment . If it is washed over and over again, there is a possibility that the fabric may begin to break down.
