The colour is very accurate compared to the pictures on the website. However, despite not having a large bust, the front gapes and I have to pin it or wear a vest top underneath. The waist rides up quite a lot and needs pulling down. Also, the belt loops are flimsy, so may not last long, and it's hard to put an ordinary belt through.

Bought the dress for work as thought it would be easy to look smart but not be overdressed. The plus range had comments about being on the large size so bought XL in standard size - this is fine for size on bust, hips etc but doesn't seem to allow for those with a fuller bust lifting the waist. I am constantly pulling down the dress to my waist or I give up and just wear it empire line. This is a little frustrating as I'm only 5'2" so not sure how someone taller would get on.

I have just read one review about this very pretty dress - I quite agree: couldn't you produce the same dress in a longer length? Many of us "older" clients prefer not to reveal our ageing knees, and if we happen to be over 5'7" the current length is really too short. Height
Stand in bare feet with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall. Measure from the top of your head to the floor.
Bust
With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
