The quality of the fleece was very good but the sleeves were far too long. I have quite long arms so maybe it was just a one off error in the making of the garment.

The sleeve length varies with size, so that in the regular fitting it ranges from 32" to 34.25", as an example being 32.75" in size M. This is measured from the centre of the back, i.e. over the shoulder, round the elbow, to the cuff.Answered on 10/26/2012 by Stuart from Lands' End

Stand in bare feet with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall. Measure from the top of your head to the floor.
Bust
With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
