Slip-on style
Preppy classics, penny loafers are as stylish today as they were in the 50s when American students slid a penny coin into the slit at the front by way of a fashion statement. Ours are in soft napa leather with a just-right heel, beautifully finished for lasting comfort and looks. Good thing, since you'll be wearing them a lot...
Features
  • Leather loafers with traditional 'penny keeper' slot
  • Uppers in soft napa leather
  • Man-made lining with leather heel lining
  • Foam-cushioned footbed with extra cushioning at heel and arch
  • Durable composition rubber sole
  • Leather-wrapped 2cm/¾inch heel

Comments about Women's Leather Penny Loafers:

I'm giving these shoes 5* because they're so comfortable, lovely leather and neat, doesn't look big in a large size. However, take note!...the dark redwood is neither dark nor with any reddish hue so I don't know how they can be called dark redwood. The brown is milk chocolate in colour - almost exactly the same colour as a Lindt Lindor milk choc! The polished finish makes the shoe look synthetic rather than leather, but the footbed is lovely leather. You can feel the shoe will give to fit your foot as it's not hard at all - just as good leather should be. It's very 'preppy' in style. I'm on the large, though slim, end of a size 42 and find the US 10 tight, described in the shoes as EU 41.5, though it feels like it would give over time. I'm going to exchange for the navy size 11 and see how I get on.
