Inspired by our love of the game.
At our Wisconsin headquarters, winter doesn't slow us down. In fact, when the first snowfall hits, we're just getting started. Like the rest of the Squall family, this coat is designed to take on the harshest forecasts with a waterproof, windproof shell and storm flap to help block out the elements. (And for you diehard fans, its longer length, plus 150-gram insulation puts plenty of protection between you and those cold stadium benches.) For comfort, we added cosy fleece inside the pockets and cuffs. We also included a chinguard to prevent accidental pinching when you zip right up! Two pairs of front pockets provide plenty of storage space. Deeply cosy, antistatic fleece lining in the top half resists shocks and lint. The bottom half is lined with 100% nylon quilting for easy movement. Shell/lower body lining 100% nylon. Fleece/insulation 100% polyester. Machine wash.

Approx. length in Regular size M: 113cm/44½ins

  • Bungee adjustable hood stows into collar when not needed
  • Hidden, two-way zip closure with rip-grip storm flap
  • Shaped for a more feminine, flattering fit with inner drawcord for extra waist cinching
  • Slightly dipped back hem gives more coverage

Comments about Women's Squall® Stadium Coat:

This coat is so practical: keeps off the rain, covers all the bits likely to get cold like neck, hands, knees. It has a double-ended zip front, plus velcro zip cover for maximum draught-proofing and flexibility. Colours are strong but not garish. The hood could be detachable, but the whole point is weatherproofing, so no problem. Only replaced my old one because needed a different size, but passed it on in fab condition after 3 years' wear.

This coat is just the job for walking the dogs in the recent freezing, wet weather. Keeps you warm and dry and attention to detail really good.

Comments about Women's Squall® Stadium Coat:

Coat does what it says but it's a very unflattering shape. Although there is a draw cord at the waist there in no shape. It's waterproof but the fabric is quite noisy. Don't like the yellow/white tape round inside of collar.

Comments about Women's Squall® Stadium Coat:

Probably one of most ill-fitting coats I have ever tried. I bought this in petite medium and I'm not sure exactly what the designer had in mind when he/she/they were working on the collar. Wide and loose and utterly clumsy. Apart from that, it was totally shapeless and the only good thing about it for me was the colour. I will wait for the new batch of Commuter Down Coats to come into stock later on as I have had one of these for many years and it fits beautifully.

Comments about Women's Squall® Stadium Coat:

i had to send this back because a) sleeves were too long whereas the coast itself fit fine; b) the outer material was very slippery so straps of bag kept falling off when tested at home; c) velcro instead of snap fasteners is a nightmare : every little bit of fluff in the air attaches itself to the velcro as does a scarf etc.; and d) the zip felt like a luggage zip, big and clunky!

#I actually laughed when I put this on! I really thought I had found 'the one' The coat looks lovely in the pictures: Why doe no one make womens coats that taper in the middle??! They obviously know its what we want as they make it look like the do in the pics. I could have fitted a bag in the back of this!
It was also Burgundy-more red than purple.
I put it on an immediately thought 'dinner lady'
So I am sure it would keep me warm and dry-it seemed very well made, but I am not a petite lady-I am tall and well padded but I DO go in at my waist, but I looked like a burgundy marquee in this!

I wear this coat for dog walking and it is great for that. I wanted a full length waterproof coat and this certainly fits the bill. It is great value for money for such a well made product. The pockets are great, nice and deep and fleece lined. The only very small issue I have is that the velcro tab at the bottom of the coat undoes particularly if you are walking uphill. However, this is a great coat and I am very pleased with it.

I will give you the garment chest measurements for both the L (UK 16-18) and the XL (UK 20) which should help you decide which size to choose. The actual chest measurement is 51 inches (L) and 53 inches (XL). The 'sweep' measurement (around the bottom hem of the coat) is 55½" (L) and 57½" (XL).

Please be advised that this garment can be machine washed on a cool setting and tumble dried on a low heat, DO NOT DRY CLEAN.

Waterproof clothing should never be washed using ordinary detergent or fabric softener. The chemicals in detergent can break down the composition of the fibres with each wash and strip the fabric of its waterproof coating

We do recommend washing the coat as per washing instructions on the label but the waterproof will gradually wear down; Nik wax is a re-proofing product; however you would need to read the instructions prior to use as we cannot comment as it is not one of our products.

Hi, and thanks for your enquiry. Our Petite Fit only alters the length of the garment and sleeve length, so the rest of the garment measurements are the same as that for the Regular Fit. Sleeve lengths in a Petite are 1 1/2" shorter than a Regular. As a guide the sleeves on our Petite 'M' (UK 14-14/16) measure 33 1/8" from the base of the collar, centre-back. For all further assistance please call us on 0800 220 106.

                            A:

                            Thank you for your enquiry.

Please be advised that Waterproof clothing should never be washed using ordinary detergent or fabric softener. The chemicals in detergent can break down the composition of the fibres with each wash and strip the fabric of its waterproof coating
We do recommend washing the coat as per washing instructions on the label but the waterproof will gradually wear down; Nik wax is a re-proofing product; however you would need to read the instructions prior to use as we cannot comment as it is not one of our products."
