Why do you include items offered at their normal retail price amongst the "up to 65% of " reductions? Looking for reduced prices I find it annoying to have to click through the non-reduced. OR, have I missed something in the information offered to your customers?

The "up to 65% reduction items" are all to be found in the Outlet section on our website. Clicking on the banner at the top of the page (or following the link in our email newsletters) will take you directly to that section. This coat is not in that section.

Why does the coat in the picture look almost cream color? Why can I not change the color on the picture? What does the coat look like from the back and on a model. The color pictured is definitely not khaki.

The True Khaki is nearer to the colour swatch rather than the style image, but please note colours are difficult to judge on screen as this will depend on the individual monitor settings. Unfortunately we are unable to add further images to our European exclusive styles, but please take a look at our March catalogue, as further pictures are shown on page 60.

Is the belt optional or are there fixed tabs for it to loop through. I like others questioners am also surprised that it seems impossible to get more images for your customers. Also wondering if the khaki is the colour shown as it looks darker than the main image?

Alexandra the great

The belt can be removed, but there are four fixed belt loops, one on either side and two at the back. I do understand that further images would be helpful, but at the moment we are unable to add these to the website. However in our March catalogue on page 60 you will find additional pictures of this style. The True Khaki is nearer to the colour swatch rather than the style image, but please note colours are difficult to judge on screen as this will depend on the individual monitor settings

Please could you put up at least a back view of the coat, there is no way to judge from the current picture what "swing" actually means! I'm certainly not going to spend £120 on a coat from just one illustration that isn't even on a model, though I've been looking for a swing raincoat for some time & this may well be what I'm looking for...

I am afraid that, for various technical reasons, we are unable to add any more pictures of this style to the website. If you would like any more detailed information, please call our free phone number 0800 220 106 and speak to one of the sales advisers.

Is the whole coat in different colour ways or is it just the collar trim?

It is the whole coat which changes colour. As this style is currently only available in Europe and all our website images come from the US, we currently only have this one image available.

I too would like to see more pictures, including a back view, and to see the coat in it's different colour-ways. Asti

Thank you for your feedback which I have passed on to our Market Research department.

Hi I would repeat the request of the earlier customer as I like the raincoat (I think) but would like to see more pictures.

I will ensure that your feedback is passed to our Market Research department. If you require any further information on the coat, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The petite raincoats approximate length is 37.5 inches whilst the regular coat is 36.5 inches. Is this a mistake and how long is the petite coat?

I can confirm this is an error on the website and the petite style does in fact measure 34 inches in the medium size (UK 14/16). This will be rectified as soon as possible.

Are you going to publish more pictures of this coat, so we can get a better idea of the style and the other colour ways?

Although we do not currently have any plans to put up any further picutres, I shall forward your comment to our Market Research department for their consideration.

Ideal length

I wouldn't normally dream of buying a Pink coat, but wanted a good length raincoat for occasional(hopefully!)wear. Opted for this one because of the bargain price. I'm well pleased with it. The colour is not at all garish as I'd feared, but a lovely warm subtle Pink. The classic style is flattering, although I needed UK16-18 instead of my usual 14-16 Lands End size. perhaps because of the lining. Being of sturdy build and lacking panache I do look rather like a sack tied in the middle in a tie belt coat so I shortened the belt and attached a slide buckle that matched the buttons, problem solved. I know it will now be worn often, rain or not.

Comfy and stylish

Wore this coat for first time today - as it turned chilly and cloudy yet again! It was perfect, I kept the liner in and it was just right.

Stylish coat but it doesn't swing!

I'm not worried about the lack of swing, as it fits well and is flattering. I bought the true khaki colour, and it is a little bit too yellow for my liking, but not so much that I would return the coat. It was slightly creaseed when it arrived, but is fine now. There have been some comments about the belt being in the wrong position but it is fine on me. (I'm 5' 4")

Not what I expected

I liked the colour of the raincoat and the red trim, but the sizing was awful. I chose the same size I always choose when buying coats/tops from Lands End, but this one just didn't fit properly. The worst thing is that the belt is far too high, as if it has been made for a child and then sized up or something. Due to the fact that the belt is too high, everything else is wrong. Sorry, it should have been a good raincoat

Great coat!

This is a lovely coat. It's not a swing coat though, it doesn't flair out at all. It's a very classic shape, which I prefer. It's a neat fit. Maybe consider renaming it? I got it in the navy, which is a big colour this season, and it's a nice bright navy, not too dark. It seems totally waterproof. The belt is long but I just tuck it into the pockets when I undo it. I just wish Landsend would consider doing a smaller regular size. I'm a high st 8-10 and the regular small is just a bit too roomy, but the petite is too short (I'm 5 ft 7"). This means it's fine when i've got a big jumper on underneath but as it get's warmer and I need less under it there's too much room. Hope this happens in the future

Classic raincoat

The product could have been packaged better to avoid all the creases during postage. The coat isn't a swing coat so the Lands End strap line is misleading. The coat is very well made and very stylish, looks great with jeans or something more dressy eg work. The lining is fantastic and is very warm without being bulky or uncomfortable. It also comes with a nice long belt. Overall very pleased and will be keeping.

Great raincoat for wet London days

There are many similar raincoats in the shops this spring. Living near Kings Rd in London I regularly view all the shop windows from the bus and when out shopping. Having made all the comparisons with top brands I chose this one because I want something that really is waterproof for London-type-showery days, not just showerproof. I'm hoping that this raincoat will live up to this and think it will. I like the red reversed collar and the fact that there are no epaulettes and that it is single breasted. It is beautifully made and the detachable lining is great. I would suggest that the waist is made slightly lower and it does crease a bit.

I would recommend this product

This garment is just how I expected it to be from Landsend. It looks smart enough to wear out in the evening and is beautifully made.
