Smoother, sleeker, softer
The top 3% of American-grown cotton is softer and stronger than the rest. That's why it's called Supima® (from superior pima cotton). So you know this long sleeve shirt feels incredibly soft from the start. Add a No Iron finish and you've got a time-saving, wrinkle-fighting wonder that stays smooth all day, straight from the dryer. 100% Supima cotton. Machine wash.

Approx. garment length: 67.5cm/26½"
How long are the sleeves of UK size 12 regular and UK size 12 petite?

In UK size 12, the sleeve length of the regular, measured from the centre back, is 32 1/2" and of the petite is 31 1/4".

When will you have sizes 14 to 16 UK again? Please please please!

I am sorry that the colour you are interested in is not available. Please could you contact us by email, giving your colour choice, and we will be able to check for any coming back into stock.

In the Mazarine Blue Stripe the "dots" on the reverse look larger (visible near the collar). So are they stitched on the fabric, or a printed pattern?

The dots are stitched into the fabric, whereas the lines themselves are printed.

What is the sleeve length for size 12 regular and size 12 tall?

The sleeve length on the US size 12 in the 'Regular' fitting is 33 1/4 inches, measured from the centre back point. The sleeve length on the US size 12, in the 'Tall' fitting is 34 3/4 inches, measured from the centre back point. All measurements are approximate and are subject to tolerances.

How many buttons to be done up on each cuff please? I have severe arthritis and can manage one button per cuff, but any more would take me too long in the morning.

The women's patterned Supima Non-Iron Shirt, has a two button cuff.

sizing issues, good quality

QUALITY Excellent fabric quality as with all my L.E. purchases. The non-iron finish endures just a few washes (minimum spin, drying on a hanger), but with the easest, quickest ironing they come out perfect again. The FEELING is very cool on my skin: to wear them in winter I need long sleeved cotton underwear even indoors, or I switch to your Oxfords. SIZING I am 5.47 ft per 119 lbr. Being used to Italian sizing I initially ordered way too large items (US 8) to get what I thought should be a Medium and downsized gradually to find that US 4 is the right one for me (!). COLOURS I'll send back the 8s and 6s that I've tried over time. Too bad that some lovely, quiet patterns are not available any more. I don't like most of the current ones - very showy in my opinion, or maybe I just need to get used to the new look.

Bit tight

The slim fit of this shirt means that it's actually a bit small for me. I would normally take a 12 in most tops but ordered the 14 in this for room across the bust, but it's still a little tighter than I would like across the bust and upper back. Feeling a little restricted. Try a couple of sizes up, especially if you wear a larger cup size.

my favourite type of shirt

love these shirts as they are a dream to wear and always look fresh

Its OK

Very efficient ordering and prompt delivery. However, I ordered something the day I received the catalogue only to be told it had sold out! VERY annoying Please don't try and sell something you can't supply.

Lovely colours but poor fit

Excellent range of colours and the fabric feels very crisp and fresh. Unfortunately the shirts are cut very badly and so one would find it difficult to drive wearing this shirt as the shirts are cut too tighly in the upper arm. What a pity - I have to return this shirt.

Beware the new cut

The cut of these shirts has been changed and they are now much tighter into the upper arm. When you move your arms forward to use a keyboard or write they are constrained by the sleeves and it is tight and uncomfortable. I wear a Lands End shirt to work every day so own quite a selection of them. This new cut is very disappointing and I sent the shirt back. I have ordered a replacement in a larger size but suspect that will be too large in the chest but still pull across the arms.
