At Lands’ End, we are working hard to stay on top of the challenges posed by Brexit for all UK and European businesses.

Please rest assured that our goal remains to ensure that shopping at Lands’ End is quick and easy for all our customers.

As always, we will aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, but depending on where you live, this could take a little longer than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 

For deliveries to England, Scotland & Wales

We don’t anticipate any delays to our normal delivery timescales, but we will continue to monitor the situation and let you know if anything changes.

 

For deliveries to Northern Ireland

We are experiencing delays. Please be patient and allow extra time for delivery. We will get your order to you as soon as we can.

 

For deliveries to the EU

We have temporarily suspended all deliveries from the UK to EU destinations whilst we ensure our systems are compliant with the new trade agreement and applicable regulations following Brexit.

Many of our products originate outside the UK and therefore may not qualify for preferential tariff treatment under the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement and are subject to local duties and taxes for which you will be liable. We hope to have a solution to address these changes in place soon and will provide an update as soon as this is resolved. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

 

For worldwide deliveries (excluding EU)

We are experiencing delays. Please be patient and allow extra time for delivery. We will get your order to you as soon as we can.

Deliveries to destinations outside the UK will be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied when the delivery reaches its destination, and you will be responsible for the payment of any such duties and taxes.
