  • ABOUT A CHANGE TO OUR CONTACT CENTRE OPENING HOURS

    From Saturday 28th March, we are changing our opening hours until further notice.

    We will now be open 8am-10pm daily (including Sundays).

  • ABOUT OUR OUTLET STORE TEMPORARY CLOSURE

    For the safety of our customers and staff, and in line with government guidelines, we have closed our Oakham Outlet Store for the time being. We’ll let you know when it reopens.

  • ABOUT OUR CUSTOMER DELIVERIES

    Due to the current situation, we have made some slight changes to our order processing and delivery timescales:

    We now aim to process your order within 48 hours, and deliver within 3-4 working days of your order being despatched, to mainland UK and mainland Scotland addresses and 4-5 working days after despatch to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the outer Scottish islands.

    If monogramming, engraving or hemming services are required, please allow one additional working day as normal.

    Back-ordered items will be delivered separately when available, at no extra cost.

  • ABOUT AN EXTENSION TO OUR POST-FREE RETURNS PERIOD

    Order in complete confidence, with our legendary customer guarantee: if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it at any time for an exchange or refund.

    To help our customers during these tricky times, we have extended the period for post-free exchanges from 28 days to 45 days. Read more about Returns and Exchanges

  • ABOUT HERMES CONTACT-FREE COURIER COLLECTIONS

    To avoid unnecessary contact between you and your Hermes courier, if possible please nominate a safe place outside your home where you can leave your parcel ready for collection. Find out more here.

    If this isn’t possible, the Hermes courier will ring/knock at your door and take a big step back. You should open the door, put the parcel on the doorstep and step back inside. The courier will step forward and take the parcel to return to us.
