CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) SITUATION

ABOUT A CHANGE TO OUR CONTACT CENTRE OPENING HOURS
From Saturday 28th March, we are changing our opening hours until further notice.
We will now be open 8am-10pm daily (including Sundays).

ABOUT OUR OUTLET STORE
Our opening hours are: Mon-Sat 9am-5pm and Sun/Bank Holidays 10am-4pm.
There are a few temporary changes in store to keep our customers and employees safe:
- HAND SANITISER
Before entering the store, please use the hand sanitiser provided.
- EXTRA CLEANING
We’ve enhanced our instore regimes to keep everything as clean as possible, with a special focus on high-contact areas and surfaces.
- SOCIAL DISTANCING
While shopping (and in the queue), please keep at least 2m apart from others. Reminder signage is in place throughout the store.
- INSTORE FACILITIES
Our fitting rooms and toilets have now reopened. However, our restaurant still remains closed to customers until further notice.
- CARDS, NOT CASH
If possible, please pay by card (contactless payment is available).
We are still accepting returns in store as normal. All returns will be ‘quarantined’ for at least 72 hours before handling.
- FEELING POORLY?
Please don’t visit us if you’ve got any COVID-19 symptoms – e.g. a high temperature, a new continuous cough or a loss/change to your sense of smell or taste.
ABOUT OUR CUSTOMER DELIVERIES
Due to the current situation, we have made some slight changes to our order processing and delivery timescales:
We now aim to process your order within 48 hours, and deliver within 2-5 working days of your order being despatched, to mainland UK and mainland Scotland addresses and 4-5 working days after despatch to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the outer Scottish islands.
If monogramming, engraving or hemming services are required, please allow one additional working day as normal.
Back-ordered items will be delivered separately when available, at no extra cost.

ABOUT AN EXTENSION TO OUR POST-FREE RETURNS PERIOD

ABOUT EVRI CONTACT-FREE COURIER COLLECTIONS
To avoid unnecessary contact between you and your Evri courier, if possible please nominate a safe place outside your home where you can leave your parcel ready for collection. Find out more here.
If this isn’t possible, the Evri courier will ring/knock at your door and take a big step back. You should open the door, put the parcel on the doorstep and step back inside. The courier will step forward and take the parcel to return to us.
