ABOUT A CHANGE TO OUR CONTACT CENTRE OPENING HOURS
From Saturday 28th March, we are changing our opening hours until further notice.
We will now be open 8am-10pm daily (including Sundays).

ABOUT OUR OUTLET STORE
We’re very pleased to announce that our outlet store is reopening from Monday 15th June.
Our opening hours are: Mon-Sat 10am-6pm and Sun 10am-4pm.
There are a few temporary changes in store to keep our customers and employees safe:
- LIMITING CUSTOMER NUMBERS
For customer and staff safety, we can only allow a maximum of 15 customers in store at any time – so you may have to join the queue outside for a short wait.
- HAND SANITISER
Before entering the store, please use the hand sanitiser provided.
- EXTRA CLEANING
We’ve enhanced our instore regimes to keep everything as clean as possible, with a special focus on high-contact areas and surfaces.
- SOCIAL DISTANCING
While shopping (and in the queue), please keep at least 2m apart from others. Reminder signage is in place throughout the store.
- INSTORE FACILITIES
Sorry, but our fitting rooms, toilets and restaurant will remain closed to customers until further notice.
- CARDS, NOT CASH
If possible, please pay by card (contactless payment is available).
We are still accepting returns in store as normal. All returns will be ‘quarantined’ for at least 72 hours before handling.
- FEELING POORLY?
Please don’t visit us if you’ve got any COVID-19 symptoms – e.g. a high temperature, a new continuous cough or a loss/change to your sense of smell or taste.
ABOUT OUR CUSTOMER DELIVERIES
Due to the current situation, we have made some slight changes to our order processing and delivery timescales:
We now aim to process your order within 48 hours, and deliver within 3-4 working days of your order being despatched, to mainland UK and mainland Scotland addresses and 4-5 working days after despatch to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the outer Scottish islands.
If monogramming, engraving or hemming services are required, please allow one additional working day as normal.
Back-ordered items will be delivered separately when available, at no extra cost.

Order in complete confidence, with our legendary customer guarantee: if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it at any time for an exchange or refund.

ABOUT HERMES CONTACT-FREE COURIER COLLECTIONS
To avoid unnecessary contact between you and your Hermes courier, if possible please nominate a safe place outside your home where you can leave your parcel ready for collection. Find out more here.
If this isn’t possible, the Hermes courier will ring/knock at your door and take a big step back. You should open the door, put the parcel on the doorstep and step back inside. The courier will step forward and take the parcel to return to us.
