Starfish - the new British film that is the true story of Lands’ End employee Tom Ray and his family. 16 years ago, Tom and wife Nicola (played by acclaimed British actors Joanne Froggatt and Tom Riley) had their lives torn apart by the devastating effects of sepsis, which left Tom in a 5 month coma and thereafter as a quadruple amputee and in need of severe facial reconstruction. Nicola is left with the responsibility of their two young children and the financial burden of the house and legal matters whilst they battle to hold their family and marriage together.
