Changed your mind?
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you’d like to cancel your order, here’s how it works.
Cancelling before dispatch
We begin processing your order shortly after it’s placed. If you request cancellation within a short time (typically within 30 minutes of order confirmation), we will do our best to stop it from being dispatched.
After this time, your order may already have been processed and shipped. If this happens, you can still return your items once they arrive (see your legal rights below).
Personalised items
Please note that items made to your specifications or clearly personalised cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and are excluded from the right of withdrawal (see below).
Using the online cancellation form
You can submit a cancellation request using our online form. Requests submitted outside the following hours will be reviewed the next working day:
- Monday - Saturday: 8:00am - 6:30pm
- Sunday: 10:00am - 4:30pm
You may also contact us by other means (e.g. email or post).
Your legal right to cancel (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you receive your goods.
To exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (for example, by email, post, or via our online form). You are not required to use any specific method.
You may use the model withdrawal form available on our website, but this is not obligatory.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel your contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (where applicable), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.
Please follow our returns process and ensure items are returned in accordance with our returns policy. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.Returns
