We Grow When You Do

We believe in diversity – it takes different people with different ideas and different opinions to make a creative and enterprising team.

We are keen to engage with people who can take up their role and use their individuality to grow and develop what they do across all areas of our business.

Lands' Enders do a lot of interesting things when they're off the clock. We love to hear about what they have been doing:

Tom Ray (Customer Service Advisor) – Writer, Public Speaker, Fundraiser

I am a busy, ambitious quadruple amputee. I work in the Lands' End contact centre. I'm also a writer and public speaker. I write a blog about disability and resilience and I have a book coming out soon. In 2016 the film Starfish told the incredible story of my Sepsis, I was closely involved in the writing and production. Additionally I support the UK Sepsis Trust by speaking and spreading awareness in public about Sepsis.

Matt (Assistant Team Leader) – runs a fans' Twitter page for Leicester Tigers

I manage a Twitter account dedicated Leicester Tigers for #RugbyUnited which was set up to get supporters interacting on Social media. The account is used to inform the fans of things going on at the club. I have an invite to the club's media day each week where the players and management meet with the national press. It has been a great way to meet other fans and also get an insight into the club.

Stuart (IT Analyst Programmer) – Volunteers at parkrun

Like a few other employees from Lands' End you will often find me at Rutland Water parkrun on a Saturday morning, usually helping out. We have a great turn out of all running abilities, and it's always good to see a few familiar faces from work. Recently I have become a guide for a blind runner and our current ambition is to complete two significant events: a triathlon and an ultra-marathon. Training has been so far so good – no major incidents!

Adrian (Print Production Specialist) – Becomes Jeff Leopard for live music events

In my spare time I play bass guitar for 'THAT 80s ROCK SHOW' a tribute to the era that taste forgot, the colourful 1980's!

Playing as the character 'Jeff Leopard', Jeff puts the boom in the engine room playing songs from the likes of Van Halen, Kiss, Guns'n'Roses, Whitesnake etc

I have played the bass since I was 12 and have been in bands on and off for as long as I can remember, playing everything from Glam Rock, Heavy Metal, Rock and Roll to general covers of popular tunes!
