Terms & Conditions – Lands’ End x Lulu Guinness Prize Draw

This prize draw is promoted by Lands’ End (registered number 2583731) with its registered office at (Lands’ End Way, Oakham Rutland, LE15 6US) (“Lands’ End”). By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to accept these terms:

1. This prize draw opens at 09:00am on Wednesday 4th November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on Monday 1st December 2025.
2. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Lands’ End Inc, and Lands’ End Europe Ltd., or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter.
3. An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once via the Lands’ End entry form https://www.landsend.co.uk/competition/co/llg-competition.html

How to enter:

4. To enter this prize draw you must enter your name, email address once via the Lands’ End entry form https://www.landsend.co.uk/competition/co/llg-competition.html before the closing time and date detailed in paragraph 1 above.
5. Lands’ End shall not be responsible for and shall not have to accept entries which do not reach it before the closing time or are illegible, incomplete or corrupted.

Choosing a Winner and Runners Up:

6. There will be 3 lucky winners of the prize draw.
7. The winners will be randomly selected through a computer-generated process.
8. The winners of the prize draw will be notified by the email they used to enter the prize draw within 14 working days after the closing time for the prize draw. If a winner or runner up cannot be contacted or is not available, Lands’ End reserves the right to select another winner and/or runner up from the valid/correct entries that were received.
9. The winner will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize within 7 working days of having been notified. If a winner or runner up has not claimed their prize by the date specified, we reserve the right to select another winner and/or runner up from the valid/correct entries that were received. Winners and runners up must have a valid email address to claim their prize.
10. For transparency we will generally publish the surname and county of the prize winner online. However, if you are the winner and you object to us doing this or would like us to reduce the amount of information we publish, then please let us know when claiming your prize.

The Prize:

Each prize winner will receive one Lulu Guinness Lips Clutch with a retail value of £295. Each winner can choose their preferred colour from the available selection: Garnet Red, Glitter Red, Lulu Red, or Silver.



General Terms:

11. Entries and comments must not:
    1. contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement; or
    2. disparage Lands’ End or any other person, corporation or party affiliated with the companies or the prize draw generally; or
    3. contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libellous; or
    4. contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; or
    5. contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where the post is created.
12. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw. Details will be used in accordance with the Lands’ End privacy policy (https://www.landsend.co.uk/Privacy_Security/co/mobile-cs-privacy-and-security.html).
13. When entering the Prize Draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Lands’ End. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Lands’ End for the purposes of marketing.
14. Lands’ End may in its absolute discretion change these terms and conditions or extend the prize draw without notice at any time. Lands’ End may cancel a prize draw without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control.
15. Please note that Meta and X are not responsible for any element of this promotion and have in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered this promotion. By entering the prize draw, you agree to fully release and hold Meta harmless from any liability incurred in connection with your entry into the prize draw.
16. These terms are subject to English Law and by entering this prize draw you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
